All products are individually date-coded and are traceable to the date of manufacture and the manufacturing conditions that prevailed at that time. Quality Assurance checks are carried out on all products at the sub-assembly, final-assembly and packaged stages. Customer Returns are analysed for failure mode and the feedback used to improve the product design and/or manufacturing process.
