The responsible person mut be able to demonstrate that the above has been undertaken. Additionally, Article 21 states that any staff should also be provided with adequate fire safety training. The Fire Safety Order also requires that tests, maintenance and safety training are capable of being audited to ensure they are being carried out. The most effective way of demonstrating compliance with these particular Articles is to keep records, and a Log Book is a simple and conveninent way of achieving this.
